The 'H.G.O. S.N.S.' is a group of friends, lovers, and students who go to Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles. I designed/drew 25 symbols that were later screenprinted onto 24 jackets.
Each symbol on every jacket equates to a specific answer on the form they filled out. After printing every jacket, no two jackets ended up with the same set of symbols. It revealed there was no completely universal experience.
The design of the project is rooted in Russian gang tattoos, high school letterman's jackets, and military decoration.
